The original Permanent Calendar that Barbara Cameron had listed in her book, 'MaHaBote the Little Key' covered the years 1801-2000. I have since worked on (and updated) this older version of the Permanent Calendar. I can now offer you an 'up to date' Revised and Expanded Second Edition MaHaBote Calendar, that covers from the years 1901-3000. Both calendars are uploaded below on this page. Enjoy!
To employ these Calendars:
1. Find the year desired under the Years in the large table.
2. Follow the line straight across to the appropriate month.
3. Reserve the number found.
4. Then add the reserved number to the date of the month you are looking for.
5. Find the sum in the Table of Weekdays, which gives the day of the week for that particular date.
Example: On which day of the week does the birth June 12, 1998 fall?
Answer: Going straight across in the Permanent Calendar, we see that the number found under the Month of June for the year 1998 is 1. Next we take the 1 and add it to the date, which in this case is the 12th, and we come to a total of 13. We now look at the Weekday Table to see where the number 13 falls which is on a Friday. So we know that June 12, 1998 falls on a Friday and the birthday planet for this individual is Venus (Friday).
