In this section I will give you
different utility programs that I've created either
by myself or with Ron, that will allow you to
learn the Mystic Quadrate system easier and enjoy it
better.. Just click on the red links next to

LATEST
NEWS!
April 20, 2008 -
There are two new updates that I want to mention at this
time. The first is Ron Grime's total renovation of
his last online Quadrate program. It is now called
"Mystic Cards". He has also decided to create a more
independent and linear version that will include
different styles of systems in one package,
including Camp's and Morrell's, although the
underlying system itself is still based on the Morrell
system. It also includes a huge database with an
interpretation window so that anyone using this
online program can
enter their own interpretations and share them with
others as a
group, depending on who's name you click on to view
their interpretion of a card. Remember to set your
resolution at a minimum of 1024 x 768 or up to get
the benefit of the whole program. You can

The
second update is the upgraded
version of my Excel worksheet, based on Thomas
Morrell's system. I have renamed it "The
Quadrate Corner Worksheet" for the new
version. However, this worksheet has been around for years, when I first created
it, but it had problems with an add-in file called
XDATE that made installing it properly, quite
confusing. With the newest version of Microsoft's
Excel 2007 however, this is no longer a
problem as the XDATE add-in file is
now embedded into the worksheet. I would also like
to extend credit to Ron Grimes once again for his help
years ago in figuring out the complex formulations
involved for the progessions in this worksheet, so
I've included his name with mine in the composite
charts that I use for synastry, because he deserves
credit for his part in helping me create it too. I've also included
diagonal charts which come in handy for
relationships between two people. So both of these brand new programs
should work very well hand in hand to make life alot
easier for people out there who are interested in
this wonderful system. While Ron's program has the
capacity to hold thousands of names in a database,
my worksheet is geared more to saving each chart
separately as its own worksheet. On the other hand,
my worksheet has composite charts and diagonals and
alot more for
those who like to research that end of it as well, so they
balance each other out nicely.
One
of the downsides to this worksheet however is that
you need to have Excel on your computer or
you will not be able to use this program at all. Since software programs are a constant
work in progress, please let me know if any problems
arise with the installation or the operation of the
worksheet itself.
Most
of all, have fun with both of these programs!

November
28, 2007 - Ron
Grimes has just released a brand new upgrade from
our original online Mystic Quadrate program. This
version is much faster than the previous version and
has a database of 2,000 famous charts to choose
from. You can also enter your own charts to the
database. It also comes equipped with an
interpretation window that allows you to enter your
own interpretations for each and every card. You can
make it private or share it for public viewing with
others. For more information about the newest
addition to the Quadrate Workshop, click on this
link to go to Ron's program site. You will have to
enter your e-mail address and your own password in
order to register first. Have fun!

THE
MYSTIC QUADRATE SYSTEM A
few years ago I got interested in the cards. This
came about one day as I was wandering thru the book
store looking for the newest book out in the
metaphysical section. I always love to walk into my
favorite bookstore and just let it lead me to the
correct book. On this particular day I was drawn to
Robert Camp's book on Destiny Cards. I had seen this
book many times previously and never had any desire
to take it home with me, but that day I did and from
there went to his website where I found all sorts of
new goodies. I soon discovered Thomas
Morrell's site called The Mystic Quadrate System.
Thomas used to be a student of Robert Camp's and
created an offshoot system of his own which he
called his Mystic Quadrate System. I noticed that he
didn't have a program like Robert did for his site
and I asked him about it. Thomas, by his own
admission, didn't have the
programming background that Robert did in order to
make his own programs, so I offered to do it for
him. I soon created a spreadsheet program that
calculates the charts automatically and reads them
at a glance. And since Ron Grimes is an
excellent web developer by profession as well
as one of my best friends and
knows Javascript like the back of his hand, I got
him to help me create an online Quadrate program as
well, that runs thru the template of Thomas' Quadrate wheel. Although
there is a HELP window on the program, for those who
prefer to see the chart color coded in order to know
what cards represent what positions, please click on
this link. Please note that once the chart loads,
you can enlarge it by running the mouse over the
area until you see a big button. Due to the
nature of the graphics, this may take a few seconds,
so please be patient.

I
will be adding more to this site as time permits and
as of Nov. 28, 2007, an upgraded Quadrate
program is now available thru the link in the LATEST
NEWS! section above. I will provide the links to Thomas'
site as well as Robert Camp's for all of those who
are interested in the differences between these two
card systems. Thomas

CARD OF YOUR NAME
Thomas Morrell wrote a book
called The Card of Your Name. Each card is equal to
a Solar Value that ranges from 1 to 52 as reflected
in the table below. It is case sensitive so that
Capital letters get a different value than smaller
case letters. You apply the value of these letters
to each letter of the name that you select. These
values are then added up. If the total value goes
over 52 you keep subtracting increments of 52 from
the total until you come to a total of 52 or
under. For example, in his book Thomas takes the
word God as an example: G
=33 o = 15 d = 4 33
+15 +4 = 52 This total
can be found in the table below as the card
represented by the K♠ Now
if you take the word GOD in all capital
letters: G = 33 O =
41 D = 30 Total = 104 Since
this amount is over 52, we have to subtract 52 from
104 to get a remainder of 52 once again, which gives
us the K♠ once
more. This is the card of the Spiritual Master.
This doesn't happen with every word and it
shows a certain magic within this special name. In
order to make this whole process alot easier, so that
all you need to do is type in a word and come up
with the card of your name, Ron and I created a
nifty little online utility program called CARD OF YOUR
NAME. You can access it thru this link:

COMPOSITE NAMES
Ron and I put together
another utility program for Thomas that will give
you the composite cards from two to four people.
This is a way to get the overall combined energy for a couple
in a relationship or a group of 3-4 people at a
time.

access this online utility program.

BIRTHCARD
DATABASE FILE This
is another little Excel program that I created that
can hold close to 200 names. All you need to do is
enter the name of the person and his/her birthdate.
That's all. This will automatically bring in all the
other cards that are associated with that birthdate.
This includes the person's birthcard, the planetary
ruling card, the planetary number card, the Inner
and Outer Soul cards and the Synastry cards, all in
accordance to Thomas Morrell's Quadrate
system. It also
has a cool SEARCH feature on it that allows you to
enter any card you choose to, in Cell B2. For example,
let's say that I've got about 150 names on my
database list and I'm curious to see how many people
share my JD birthcard. All I have to do is enter the
card JD in the B2 cell at the top and every JD
card will light up so that I can see it at a glance.
This makes it so much easier to compare your cards
with your friends and relatives and see what you
have in common with each other. Please note
that the cells that do not occupy a new birthdate as
entered into the birthdate column will have #N/A
errors to the right of it, meaning Not Available.
Once you enter a new birthdate however, you will
notice that the spaces will fill in automatically
with the cards that match that particular birthdate. To
download this Excel spreadsheet,

In
order to see the Visual Progressions of the cards at
a glance, you can download this Excel worksheet from
the link below. It gives a color coded graphic table
of the 28, 13, 7 and 4 year cycles side by side, as
well as the ages that they occur in and the
Quadrates that correspond to each of them. It's
great for seeing major planetary card cycles at a
glance and comes in very handy when comparing two
people of different ages. You can see easily how one
person will enter a cycle or leave another one
before the other person does and how the energies of
both people compare to each other from one cycle to
the next as the age changes.
