58. Astro-Expansion: Beneficial effects that precede an enhancement.
59. Multiple applying aspects by Saturn cause stock prices to go down. Whenever any two Financial Planets are aligned to form a Magical Angle, there is a Financial Aspect. There are 4 Financial Planets: Venus, Chiron, Neptune, and Pluto.
60. Astro-Contraction: Contraction of wealth caused by a convergence of Saturn to the Sun and at least one other planet. (like Saturn parallel Neptune or Saturn contra-parallel Mars.)
61. Jupiter overpowers Saturn. The negativity of Saturn is totally neutralized by the conjoining of Saturn by Jupiter. (page 112, Book 1).
62. Aspects of Saturn to other planets are negative while Saturn is applying except that if Jupiter is involved. Jupiter overpowers Saturn. (The worst progression, however, is the Saturn/Jupiter parallel with Saturn moving toward Jupiter.)
63. If you want to check out the effects of planets on stocks and bonds, all you need is an ephemeris with declinations, and charts of stock and bond prices.
64. Remember, the planets influence you as well. When the planets are aligned favorably to your birth chart, it means you are having good transits and you will make money with or without knowledge of astrology. Bad personal transits – you will lose money. (page 114, Book 1).
Chapter 7: Book 1: Transits and Progressions
65. Transits and progressions are the tools of predictions. They are the most powerful parts of astrology once you know how to use them.
66. Any transit by a planet to a natal planet that makes an enhancement aspect (conjunction, trine, parallel, or contra-parallel), is beneficial, but Saturn is the exception.
67. If Saturn makes an enhancement to a natal planet, it is not beneficial unless the natal planet is Mercury or Uranus.
68. When a planet other than Saturn makes a transiting aspect to a natal planet that is not an enhancement aspect, there are no general rules.
69. For example, a Jupiter quincunx to a natal planet is good, but a Saturn quincunx to a natal planet is not. (See Ron Goldman’s Progressed Saturn quincunx Uranus.)
