Chapter 4: Book 1: Declinations
16. Declinations are just as valid as the longitudes.
17. Both parallel and contra-parallel are exactly like a conjunction. Both are also helpful, positive aspects. Use the term conjoin.
18. Sextiles are weaker than conjunctions, parallels, contra-parallels, or trines, so we do not include sextiles as Enhancements.
19. Eclipse of the Sun by the Moon means that both the longitude and declination of the two planets are the same. (Like conjunction in longitude and parallel in declinations.)
20. When any planet is in the same longitude and declination as the Moon (or Sun), that planet will be eclipsed by the Moon – called Planetary Eclipse. These are unbelievably strong aspects. They have the power of two aspects and are caused by both a conjunction and a parallel of two planets. (Any two planets – like Ve/Ju, or any two.)
21. Aspects, particularly declinational aspects, most strongly determine whether an individual has a good chance of super-success in any field or endeavor.
22. Magi excludes the Moon in Book 1.
23. Two conflicting aspects can reveal fear and blessings at the same time.
24. The planets move the slowest through the highest degrees of declination, and move the fastest through the lowest degrees of declinations.
25. The highest or Extreme Degrees of declination are about 21 degrees or greater, either north or south declinations. (Declinational Bias.) Planets spend a longer time in higher declinational degrees.
26. Neptune Enhancement of the Sun gives natives the athletic ability that makes them much more durable than other athletes. (Look younger and live longer too.) This Enhancement occurs only about two weeks a year. (When occurring in both longitude and declinations, it is a Planetary Eclipse.) The Neptune enhancement of the Sun is not the only aspect that increases longevity, but it is the most powerful one, and increases longevity to the greatest extent. The Jupiter enhancement of Neptune is interpreted as expansion and increase (Jupiter) of longevity (Neptune). Another is Mars enhancement of the Sun.
